Investment in BambooBoss Growth Partners can be made directly with us or through our Fund Administrator. We make direct investing with us simple. Just follow these three steps:

Step 1:

Read Fund Information

Please read the applicable Fund Information including the Offering Memorandum (Fund Prospectus) before investing.

Step 2:

Complete Your Subscription Form

Please complete the online Subscription Form for the type of account you would like to open.

Step 3:

Send us your Subscription Form and make your Initial Investment

Please click the “send” button and we’ll receive and review your completed, signed subscription form. You will receive a copy to the email address you entered. Follow directions on last page of Subscription Forms to wire your initial investment.
